WISCONSIN'S 1st ANNUAL SHOP HOP!
Beginning June 8th through 24th, 2012, over 70 quilt shops will be participating in Wisconsin's 1st Annual Shop Hop! The shop hop will feature an exclusive Wisconsin fabric line by Holly Taylor for Moda. Each shop will have special project designs available to purchase featuring the Wisconsin fabric. There will be prizes for completing the shop hop.
Here at Thimble 'n' Thread, we are already planning our projects! The material is in the shop and our samples will be ready soon! You can view the fabric and place your order for specific fabric and or patterns, but cannot purchase until June 8th, per shop hop rules. Threads of Time Quilt Show

Come and enjoy lots of quilts made by customers of Thimble N Thread over the past 9 years on Fri & Sat, June 15th & 16th, 10am-4pm.

Fiber artist Deb Cavanaugh's hand dyed and hand painted quilts will be on display both days; and Deb will give a talk on her designs on Sat, June 16th at 11am. Come and get some new ideas for your making your own material!
Quilt Appraiser, Nancy Smith, will be also be there on Sat. June 16th from 10am until ? If you have a quilt you would like appraised, call us and make an appointment with her. The fee for the appraisal is $40.
If you have been a customer at Thimble N Thread and you have a quilt made from a class, kit, $5 quilt, Mystery Quilt, or just from material purchased here, you are invited to display your quilt at the show. Please call 608-649-2222 for additional details for delivering the quilt(s).

2012 Block of the Month begins in July 2012!
Our newest block of the month quilt, "Almost Amish Spring" presents a beautiful project to be completed over the next year.
The quilt is designed by Shar McGlynn using fabric from Moda's solid color line and wonderful varigaited threads for the qulting!
