Thimble N Thread Challenge 2010/11 Here’s how the Thimble N Thread Quilt Challenge works…. We have a beautiful selection of “Day Dreams” by Camelot Cotton Fabrics that have been packaged 4 FQ’s and a floral piece measuring 22” X 20 1/2” in a bundle. FQ’s are the same in all bundles, but you may select One floral piece. Choose from Sunflower, Poppy, Daylily or Iris. All you have to do is purchase a bundle, and make a quilted piece that is a minimum of 12” or a maximum of 40”. Can be rectangular, square, round or what ever shape you want, but must be at least 12”, and can not be larger than 40 inches on any one side. 4 of the fabrics in your packet are to be used in the piece, but you may also add up to 4 additional fabrics of your choice. Designs may be traditional, or an original design, pieced, appliquéd, painted, or embellished in any way you choose, and may be either hand or machine quilted. Quilts must have a rod pocket on back. Kit price is just $13.99. View’s Choice awards will be given. 1st Place $50 Gift Certificate 2nd Place $25 Gift Certificate 3rd Place $10 Gift Certificate Quilt show will be held Friday and Saturday, June 17th& 18th 2011.
